Development is Only as Good as the Communication that Goes with It
The actual development of platforms is not hard, if you have experienced leads; the difficulty comes in the planning and strategizing of a unique software that meets each client’s expectations.
The Style
Our organization practices two differing styles of project management, matched for efficiency on the project. They both follow a development-focused methodology with strategy preceding development, design working in conjunction with development and continual quality assurance (QA) iterations throughout.
The Team
Project team size ranges based on the size and length of the project but typically involves a ‘core’ legacy team of 4-6 individuals. Individual departments are all represented throughout the project (if applicable) including: Accounts, Project Management, Strategy, Design, Development & Marketing.
